Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that we work with third-party suppliers, so processing times may occasionally vary.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking to update.
Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 30 days at eronq0215@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
